NBS-Engineering Ltd. protects the interests of the investor in assessing the compliance of investment projects and exercising construction supervision until the commissioning of the construction and guarantees both legality and compliance with regulations.

For more than two decades, NBS Engineering LTD has turned investment intentions from a concept into reality.

 1999

NBS-Engineering Ltd. Varna was established in 1999 independent construction supervision as main activity. With certificates № SK-220 from 03.11.1999 and 08.03.2000 issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, according to art. 21 para. 1 the Authorization, Functions and Obligations of the Persons Exercising Independent Construction Supervision in the Design and Construction Regulations (POFZLUNNSNPS) until the end of 2004 the company exercises independent construction supervision of the types of constructions, according to art. 25 para. 3 item 3 of POFZLUNNSNPS.

 2004

From 25.11.2004 NBS-Engineering Ltd. is licensed to perform conformity assessment of investment projects and to exercise construction supervision on the basis of Article 166 para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act / SPA / with license № LK-000264 / 25.11.2004 from the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works / MRDPW /. On 17.11.2009 with order № RD-02-14-2067 of the Minister of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works license № LK-000264 / 25.11.2004 was extended with a new term of 5 years until 2014.

 2019

From 17.09.2019 NBS-Engineering Ltd. is re-licensed to assess the compliance of investment projects and to exercise construction supervision on the basis of Article 166 para. 2 of the Spatial Planning Act / SPA / with a certificate № RK-0298 / 17.09.2019 from the Directorate of National Construction Control / DNCC / at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works / MRDPW / for a period of 5 years until 2024.

The activity of assessing the conformity of investment projects to actual implementation is directly related to the protection of the interests of contracting authorities who rely on consulting services in the field of design and construction. A small part of the contracting authorities that have trusted the company are: Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defense, Municipalities of Varna, Suvorovo, Dobrich, and Nessebar, Port Infrastructure - Varna Branch, ATC, Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD, Sveta Marina Hospital, MU Varna, EON, Kaufland Bulgaria EOOD and Co KD, Sunny Day Resort, Happy AD, Devnya Cement, Polimeri AD, Sunny Travel EOOD, Sandrose Holidays EOOD.
