Some of the more significant sites we have worked on or are currently working on are:
VARNA AIRPORT
- New international passenger terminal - area 18,000 m2;
- Reconstruction of the Alpha taxiways;
- Extension of the platform;
- Platform lighting at Varna Airport - stage 1;
- Reconstruction of the heating plant and on-site heating pipeline;
- Change of the purpose of the Hangar and service building to the aircraft hangar in the Temporary Terminal for servicing arriving and departing passengers;
- Overhaul of site and foundations of 7 / seven / pcs. fuel tanks located on the territory of the fuel and lubricants farm at Varna Airport, located in PI № 00182.307.28 and PI № 10135.193.1 under the Resort Code of Varna Airport, Varna District;
The contracting authority is the German-Bulgarian consortium Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD.
BURGAS AIRPORT
- New international passenger terminal - area 20,000 m2;
- Reconstruction of the Alpha taxiways;
- Extension of the platform;
- Platform lighting at Burgas Airport - stage 1;
- Reconstruction of the heating plant and on-site heating pipeline;
- Service road and adjacent infrastructure;
- Fuel Economy - Overhaul of the site and foundation of 4 / four / fuel tanks of 2000 cubic meters and a group of 8 / eight / tanks of different volumes, located at Burgas Airport.

FACULTY OF DENTAL MEDICINE
Faculty of Dental Medicine at the Medical University in UPI IX - Medical College, quarter 995, 5th microdistrict according to the plan of the city of Varna, 150 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., representing a third category object under the Spatial Development Act.
The six-storey new building of the Faculty of Dental Medicine has an area of 9,000 m2.
KAUFLAND HYPERMARKET CHAIN
- Large area hypermarket "Kaufland II" in Regulated Land XVI-566, district 27.26 district according to the plan of the city of Varna and the adjacent infrastructure and connections;
- Premises for a new commercial area in the Large Area Hypermarket "Kaufland I" built in RLP I-68, vk.9, zh.k. "Vazrazhdane", II m.r., Varna;
- The subprojects from the engineering infrastructure to the Kaufland III hypermarket site, Varna.
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CONTROL TOWER OF VARNA AIRPORT
Reconstruction of the airport control tower of the Airport Center for Air Traffic Services - Varna.
HAPPY RESTAURANT CHAIN
Reconstruction and change of purpose of existing buildings in a restaurant of the "Happy" chain at 22 Slivnitsa Blvd. in Varna;
